01 · Lumen Audio · Consumer electronics · fictional28 grams lighter, same unboxing
Problem
Earbuds sat in a vacuum-formed PET tray inside a rigid gift box. The brand's EU retailers asked for plastic-free packaging by the next season.
Solution
We tooled a bagasse pulp insert to the exact cavity, matched the black colour with a pulp-safe dye and kept the magnetic lid.
Result
−28 gWeight per kit
100%Plastic-free
−9%Unit cost at 20k
02 · Verdant Nutraceuticals · Pharma and nutraceuticals · fictionalPassed QA audit on the first submission

Cartons failed two pharma audits: Braille dots were too low and the code zone had varnish, so serial numbers smudged.
Solution
New tooling for 0.2 mm Braille, a varnish-free knock-out for the 2D code and a printed QC sheet with every pallet.
Result
