Questions

Questions buyers ask first.

Still unsure? Write to the studio and a packaging engineer replies the same day.

What is your minimum order?

1,000 units for rigid boxes and shippers, 2,000 for mailers and drawer boxes, 5,000 for folding cartons and pulp. Repeat orders can drop to 500 rigid boxes.

Do you send samples before production?

Yes. You get a plain white mock-up in 5 working days and a fully printed pre-production sample in 10. Sample charges are adjusted against the order.

Can you print to Pantone and match brand colours?

We print offset in CMYK plus up to 2 Pantone spot colours and check every run with a spectrophotometer against your master, within ΔE 2.

Is your board FSC certified?

We source FSC-certified board and can print the FSC mark on request. The certification badge on this concept site is a placeholder.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. We export to the UAE, UK and EU, packed on heat-treated pallets with full export paperwork. Lead time adds 3–5 days for container booking.
